Ironstone Estate 2023 Iron Blush Rosé Wine
Ironstone Estate is a family owned boutique vineyard in Lovedale New South Wales, which is the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region of NSW. 2022-2023 vintage was a very wet year which the old vineyard struggled in some blocks.
The vines however have been able to deliver us a renewed batch of amazing 100% Hunter Valley Semillon which has been barrelled with local Merlot and Musket fruit to create our 2023 Iron Blush Rosé for this vintage.
Our 2023 Iron Blush Rosé is characterised by rose petals and fresh sun-ripened summer fruits.
We love to serve this Rosé wine chilled straight from the fridge with Hunter Valley Cheeses and some cracked pepper crackers accompanied by a serving of meats and olives.
A Light and refreshing accompaniment for long lunches, vineyard afternoons and evening celebrations. Our guests in the accommodation are all given a bottle to enjoy when booking 2 nigths stay at Ironstone Estate.
