Welcome To Ironstone Estate
The Lovedale region is home to many winemaking greats, including Allandale Winery, Tatler Wines, De Bortoli, and many more. Joining the ranks is Ironstone Estate, with a prolific grape-growing history, supplying grapes to multiple wineries and cellar doors in the area.
In 2022, Ironstone Estate began bottling its wines under the Ironstone Estate name, with bottles available for purchase through the estate.
Ironstone Estate is a sprawling 45-acre property, home to hundreds of vines, and hosting three of Lovedale’s original vineyard accommodation stays. The property hosts up to 36 guests through three self contained accommodations, each hosting 12 guests, with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vineyard getaway.

Can I visit my vine?
Yes! Your vine will be located on the beautiful Ironstone Estate in Lovedale, NSW. The estate offers accommodation for up to 36 people. Bring friends and family for a vineyard get-together, or stop by anytime to visit your vine. Please contact estate management prior to visiting your vine. Vine of Mine also offers access to vineyard activities at designated times each year, including pruning your vine and picking fruit.
Which one is my vine?
In your Welcome Pack, you will receive an aerial photo that highlights the location of your vine. On the vineyard, your vine will hold a swing-tag that notes you as its owner, as well as a tag with your vine’s nickname (get creative!).
Do I have to take care of my vine?
Vine of Mine allows each member to choose their level of involvement. Some members may visit the vineyard to see and tend to their vine in person, while others choose to enjoy the benefits of membership from a distance. No matter how often you visit, rest assured that your vine will be fully cared for on the Ironstone Estate vineyard. Our team of specialist vineyard carers will keep up with your vine’s care year-round, pampering your vine with weeding, fresh watering, fertilising and adding seasoned mulch.
Do I gain ownership of my vine?
Vine of Mine allows you to lay honorary claim to a vine in the Hunter Valley — which no one else will be able to claim. The vine and its grapes remain the property of the Ironstone Estate vineyard.
Can I give Vine of Mine as a gift?
Yes! Vine of Mine is popular for gifting, as a unique, memorable and ongoing experience.
