The Homestead Tariffs

We offer affordable and comfortable house accommodation in the Hunter Valley: the Homestead is a fully self-contained and air-conditioned house with swimming pool; is air-conditioned for summer, and has a cosy log fire for winter warmth and romance. 

All normal weekends, including concert weekends, have a minimum 2 night stay; all Long Weekends including Easter, Christmas and New Year have a minimum 3 night stay.

Our tariffs are based on up to 12 guests.

Lodge: Tuesday Wednesday reduced tarifff for a 2 night stay. Reduced from $2800 to only $2000

Homestead: Reduced price for a 2 night stay on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Reduced from $2200 to only $1600
